Our Platform

2024 Nurses United is a slate of registered nurses running for elected office in Teamsters Local 2024. We are committed to transparent, accountable leadership and to building a strong, united local where every nurse, regardless of campus, is part of one collective voice.

We may work at different campuses, but we are one Teamsters Local 2024. Our mission is to keep members informed, strengthen participation, uphold our contract, and ensure the decisions we make move our entire union forward.

Know Your Contract

Every nurse should be able to read our contract and know exactly what it guarantees. We will make contract education plain, ongoing and available on every shift.

Advocate With Confidence

Knowing your rights only matters if you feel able to use them. We will train members to raise concerns, document problems and support each other at the bedside.

A Stronger Collective Voice

Our strength is each other. We will build an active, connected membership so nurses can improve working conditions together instead of one by one.
